As we head into the New Year, here at Tanner Ranch, we’re already reminiscing about 2023. One of our favorite memories was the Grand Opening of our Tanner Ranch Model Home. We all cheered at the ribbon cutting ceremony and enjoyed a big block party to celebrate. Let’s take a minute as 2023 winds down to commemorate how far we’ve come this year in Tanner Ranch and thank the people who have made it all possible.
Long story short? Tanner Ranch offers a lot to celebrate! Earlier this fall, the Cedar Park City Council joined us in front of the model under cloudy skies as Ash Creek’s president, Jenna Edge, cut the ribbon on the beautiful Daisy floorplan that now welcomes everyone to Tanner Ranch, one of Cedar Park’s final new home communities. We still feel warm and fuzzy when we think of the smiling faces, delicious barbecue, and live music that made for a memorable afternoon at our Model Home Grand Opening event on September 30. Truly, our favorite part of any Ash Creek Homes project or event is the people, so we loved catching up with homeowners from previous Ash Creek neighborhoods and showing Tanner Ranch to new clients searching for their dream homes.
The star of the day was the Daisy model home. This three-bedroom, two-bath home also boasts an office and a gorgeous modern farmhouse aesthetic. There’s no denying that everybody loves the Daisy plan’s high ceilings, large windows, and grand layout. Tanner Ranch’s model home is a testament to Ash Creek’s commitment to building homes that create creative, thoughtful, and beautiful communities.
After touring the model, our guests had the opportunity to tour the Allen and the Ambrosia, two other Tanner Ranch floor plans. Everyone loves live music in Austin, so the band set up in the driveway of the Allen, a cute-as-can-be three-bedroom, two-bath home on a spacious lot. The band even included one of our very own Ash Creekers! Their music created the perfect audio backdrop for the day, set toes tapping, and a few fun folks might have snuck in a two-step or three.
Guests were rewarded with various treats and perks in our Ambrosia floor plans. The first Ambrosia showcased three bedrooms, two baths, and an office, along with Kendra Scott gifts and Wine Tote gift bags. In the other Ambrosia, we served our incredible barbecue spread of brisket, sausage, side dishes, and a banana pudding that tasted just like Granny’s favorite recipe. Given that Tanner Ranch was named after a horse, it seemed fitting to serve drinks of all kinds from a horse trailer converted into a bar. This quirky detail contributed to the overall ambiance of the day and showcased Ash Creek Homes’ fun and friendly approach to life.
Our Model Home Grand Opening was a remarkable event highlighting all Tanner Ranch has to offer, namely a peaceful, stunning community with a lot of heart.
