YOU’LL LOVE SIMPLIFIED HOME BUILDING
Having built in this community for more than three decades, we have developed a home-building process that our customers love. We take the otherwise cumbersome and unwieldy experience of building a home and turn it into a simplified, structured process that you truly can enjoy. Learn more about our streamlined process below.
Find your dream home
When we started building homes in new communities, we offer homebuyers their choice of available lots or homes at various stages of construction. Our Quick Move homes can be completed in just 60 days and our Fast Track homes can be completed in 6-8 months!
Pick your design features
Choose to build a Plan Series, Premium Series, or Signature Series Home with Ash Creek Homes. All of our homes feature high-end finishes, so our “standard” is already luxurious.
CHOOSE YOUR INTERIORS
This is the fun part! You get to choose your own selections such as paint colors, flooring, backsplashes and cabinet colors. You select finishes that suit style — we built it!
Sit back and relax
After your interior selections are made, you can relax while we do the rest. You’ll receive progress updates from your sales counselor throughout the construction process. When your home is near completion, you’ll receive a notice with a firm closing date 45 days prior to closing.
Approximately one week prior to closing you will have an orientation with the superintendent of your home. Here you will learn the ins and outs of how to work and operate your new home. And just one week later is closing and time for you to move in!
At Ash Creek Homes, we try to make every step of the home buying process as easy and efficient as possible for our customers.
Our preferred lenders are knowledgeable about our company and our homes, and have delivered excellent service to our past customers. Plus, they’re experienced with financing homes for Ash Creek Homes customers.
Although these local lenders are new-construction mortgage lenders, customers are not required to use them, and are free to select a mortgage lender of their choice. If you need additional information or have questions, please ask your sales counselor.
