OUR PROCESS

You’ll Love Simplified Home Building

We’ve been building new home communities in Austin and the surrounding Texas Hill Country for more than four decades. In that time we’ve perfected the home-building process, so we can deliver a home-building process that our customers love.

We take the otherwise cumbersome and unwieldy experience of building a home and turn it into a simplified, structured process that you truly can enjoy. Take a peek at the homebuilding journey on our socials (Instagram & Facebook), where we keep our customers up-to-date on their new homes with real-time photos, videos and more — from dirt to framing to drywall!

Find your dream home

When we start building homes in new communities, we offer homebuyers the opportunity to learn about their next new home community in advance of opening sales. Our exclusive VIP List process was designed to give homebuyers a “sneak peek” at floor plans, lots, pricing, amenities and more, so they have the chance to purchase a home before sales opens to the public.

Your new home journey begins

Once you secure your spot on the VIP List for your new home community, your journey begins! We will send you renderings as soon as we get them from the architect — you can see everything first-hand, so you’ll know exactly what’s happening with your new home before, during and after the building process.

CHOOSE YOUR INTERIORS

This is the fun part! You get to choose your own collection package with differences in paint, colors, flooring, backsplashes and cabinet colors. You select finishes that suit your style — we build it! Whether you choose Plan Series, Premium Series, or Signature Series Home with Ash Creek Homes. All of our homes feature high-end finishes, so our “standard” is already luxurious.

Sit back and relax

After your interior selections are made, you can relax while we do the rest. You’ll receive progress updates from your sales counselor throughout the construction process. When your home is near completion, you’ll receive a notice with a firm closing date 45 days prior to closing.

Get Moving

Approximately one week prior to closing you will have an orientation with the superintendent of your home. Here you will learn the ins and outs of how to work and operate your new home. And just one week later is closing and time for you to move in!
