The Heights at Vista Parke is featured in the September edition of Community Impact! Check out page 15 for the full story!

Did you know the project was delayed by 6 months to protect a bird on the endangered species list? Well, it was! To protect our little buddy, the golden-cheeked warbler during its nesting season. This means the hatchlings in the Balcones Canyonland Preserve, the land where The Heights will be built, were left undisturbed to grow and thrive. The golden-cheeked warbler heads to Mexico and Central America for the winter.

Ash Creek Homes has always been dedicated to keeping as much of the natural surroundings as possible in every community we build. This means The Heights will be surrounded by lush greenspace and mature trees. We’ll be incorporating nature trails around the property, as well as sidewalks. It’s one of the reasons we call it a “walkable” community — you can take casual strolls for exercise or relaxation or walk to nearby shopping, dining, businesses and entertainment along FM 620. Grandview Hills Elementary School is right across the street, making it the perfect location if you have elementary-aged children.
