Safe Home Tours
We will provide you a code for immediate access to the model home and will meet you within 30 minutes of your call to provide a safe personal tour.
Virtual Home Tours
We offer private virtual home tours where our Sales Counselor can walk your through our homes via FaceTime.

We are continuing to progress in the construction of your home.
At this point, we are working creatively to avoid delays that could be experienced in our regular operations. We will provide you detailed updates and continue to be transparent in our communication. You’re in good in hands with us!
All warranty requests should be submitted online through our website at our Warranty page. The more details you can provide us about your request, the better!
During this time, non-emergency warranty appointment times with our contractors have been postponed and are currently unavailable.
If it is an emergency, please refer to your Direct Call sheet and contact the contractor directly to schedule service. An Emergency Warranty Request is considered any of the following: total loss of heat when outside temp is below 45 degrees, loss of AC when temp is above 90 degrees, total loss of electricity, total loss of water, plumbing leak or gas leak.
