We’re excited to share what’s happening at The Heights at Vista Parke in this springtime construction update:
Streets are paved! We were anxiously awaiting street paving, which got delayed by that crazy winter storm. Our friends over at Alpha Paving did an excellent job on the streets. It’s a big milestone during site development and we’re all very excited about it.
The views are amazing! After the streets were paved, we got new drone footage of the community and surrounding preserve land, including Lake Travis. See a sneak peek below from our friends at Mobile Video360. You can see Lake Travis and The Oasis on Lake Travis off in the distance. Homes in The Heights won’t be tall enough for lake views, BUT the hill country views and the sunsets will be amazing! The Oasis on Lake Travis is famous for its incredible sunset views.
