What a great week for site improvement and construction at The Heights at Vista Parke! The weather has been absolutely beautiful as we continue laying the groundwork for this amazing new home community starting in the low $300s. We’re all about the infrastructure right now. The land has been cleared for a few weeks, so it’s time for grading work and then installation of water, storm and sanitary sewer lines.
Next up, we’ll work on things like streets, curbs, sidewalks and electrical lines. It will start taking shape quickly and we’re so excited! Our construction trailer has arrived to keep our crew safe and organized. Meanwhile, our team is busy working with our vendors and partners on things like interior selections, architectural plans, building phases and more.
If you’re on the VIP List, you get these items as soon as we have them! Our VIPs got to see the exterior renderings weeks before everyone else! They’ve also seen the community map, dog park rendering, nature trail rendering and outdoor kitchen rendering. Plus, when we open sales, we’ll go right down the list in numerical order, so our VIPs get first dibs on their new home.
